As a dance studio owner, educator, and former NBA dancer, Lea has built a career rooted in both elite performance and mentorship. Having spent 20+ years working as a professional model, on-camera talent, and national dance judge, she offers a grounded, ethical approach to talent representation that prioritizes long-term growth and authentic industry standards.
With more than 15 years in commercial production, Pete Souphasith knows the industry inside and out. Having worked as both a producer and on-camera talent, he understands the creative process from every angle. Pete uses his extensive experience in casting and project management to bridge the gap between creative agencies and top talent, guiding our roster toward lasting success.
